Obituary
Bennett - At the residence of her son, Matthew, in Dodgeville, on the morning of January 31st, Mrs Jennifer Bennett, aged 88 years. Mrs. Bennett was a native of Cornwall, England, She followed her children to Iowa county with her husband in 1847, and has resided in the County from that time. For the last six or seven years she was deprived of her sight, and for four months previous to her death was confined to her bed and suffered much. She led an exemplary christian life for more than 60 years, and while reason held its seat, which was to within a few hours of her death, she expressed the greatest confidence of future reward and happiness.
