marriage record from WHS site: Ann Phillips married Joseph Phillips in Iowa County on March 25, 1857.
A wedding notice in the Mineral Point Tribune March 31, 1857 says Mr. Joseph Phillips married Miss Ann Phillips; the notice is almost illegible, but it may say "all of Highland"
